Team Report Checklist

A simple checklist to help teams make sense of their Columinity Team Report

Team Report Checklist

Earlier this year, I facilitated a Columinity diagnosis workshop at our Dutch client, the Chamber of Commerce. They use Columinity with 75 teams across the organization.

During the workshop, one participant (Erik van Eeuwijk) suggested creating a simple checklist to help teams make sense of their Team Report. I loved the idea, so I got to work with our visual illustrator, Thea Schukken. And here’s the result!

The Team Report Checklist offers a simple way to explore your results without immediately jumping to conclusions or solutions. It helps you look at things like participation, high and low scores, variation between responses, stakeholder and supporter perspectives, impediments, changes over time, and progress on improvement goals.

And, importantly: what else do you notice? 🤔

Because the checklist isn’t meant to diagnose your team for you. It’s there to help you slow down, look more carefully at the data, and identify what might be worth exploring together.

The checklist is free for everyone. And yes, it works perfectly well with the free version of Columinity too. As long as you have a Team Report in front of you, you’re good to go.

Feel free to download it, use it with your team, and share it with others. And thanks again, Erik, for planting the seed, and Thea for turning it into something that looks much better than my original sketches ever would. 🙌

PS: You can download it from our public GitHub page as a separate poster, or combined with our updated Columinity playbook.
